We asked students during lunch what book every High School student should read. Here are the top 10 answers and the reason why:

  1. “Harry Potter” by J.K. Rowling  –  because it’s great, actually, you should read it even before high school, but if you haven’t yet, go and do it right now.
  2. “Lord of Rings” J. R. R. Tolkien – because it’s the entire world of miracles.
  3. “To Kill A Mockingbird”  by Harper Lee – because it gives so many information about racism and other important issues and shows us everything in the ways it’s seen by children.
  4. “Everything Everything” by Nicola Yoon – because it’s a young adult book, which develops a really important theme.
  5. “Simon vs The Homo Sapiens agenda” by Becky Albertalli  – because when else do you read it, if not in High School? Never! But it is definitely worth reading!
