Boys Soccer Teams Crushed by SLO

Morro Bay faced rivals San Luis Obispo High School (SLO High School) this Tuesday. Boys played at San Luis Obispo High School, while the girls played at MBHS. The J.V Boys lost with a score of 15-0. Varsity lost their game as well with the score of 5-0.

In a previous interview, Mitch Carter said that the Pirates would prevail and defeat the San Luis Tigers, but that was not meant to be. SLO played strong defense to stop MBHS from scoring a single goal. They were able to score seven goals in the first half and eight points in the second half against the J.V team. Varsity was able to hold SLO to five points, but were unable to score any points in the process.

Morro Bay is set to face Stockdale on Friday, November 30th at 9:45 A.M.The game against Stockdale will take place in Morro Bay.
