Although the Boys Water Polo team did not have their best season to date, they did come away with some major victories against SLO High and Atascadero High School. Finally, the Girls Volleyball team won the league championship but lost in the second round of the CIF Playoffs.

The winter season brought upon many memories for MBHS. Boys Basketball went on an 11 game win streak, won the Santa Maria High School Basketball Tournament, and made it to the CIF Playoffs. The Girls Wrestling team placed fourth in the CCAA League Finals Tournament with 80% of the wrestlers earning medals.

Although the Spring season started, it never really got into its groove. However, the Boys golf team won multiple matches, including a 216-220 win over Atascadero. The Stunt Team got a new coach and entered several competitions before everything was shut down.

Although some of the sports did not get to complete their season, there were many memories made. There were big wins, tough losses, and league championships won. Sports are expected to be back next year.
