A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a whimsical and comedic play set in ancient Athens. It stars a group of Lovers, Hermia, Lysander, Helena, and Demetrius, who are in a peculiar love triangle/ square. Meanwhile, a group of inexperienced men or “the players” are rehearsing a play that will be performed in front of the Duke and Duchess on their wedding day. During all of the craziness fairies, specifically one named Puck, gets into some mischief. The stories collide to make A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The show contains a series of twists and turns including love potions, love triangles, and much more.

Director Ms. Kostecka said, “Students will absolutely love the play. There are potions, mistaken identities, men being turned into donkeys, romance, and more.”
